The Akarigbo Corporate Council, ACC is a union initiative of the Remo growth and Development Foundation, RGDF and deliberately anchored with the Finance and Strategy Directorate of the Foundation.
The main goal of the ACC is to provide local, state and federal values to all Companies/businesses and potential investors in Remoland. All businesses operating in Remoland by right are Remo Corporate Citizens. They are guaranteed the support of the Akarigbo and Remo People in their Corporate Objectives.
It is our fervent belief that a successful and thriving Remo Corporate Citizen implicitly translates to a successful Remoland and Remo People. Therefore, no effort will be spared to ensure conducive and supportive environment for your businesses to continue to succeed and grow in Remoland.
The Akarigbo Corporate Council will be governed by the ACC Governing Council. Members of this council will include not only well established and accomplished Remo Citizens across the globe but also members of Remo Corporative Citizens. Many of the companies here today will be asked to nominate their representatives that will be full members of the ACC Governing Council.
Our intention is to prove to our Corporate Citizens that the objectives of Governing Council are implicitly linked to your Corporate objectives which will make your business thrive on our land with the support of our leaders and people.
Mr. Olutola Mobolurin
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the State University of New York in 1975 and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University, Toronto, in 1977. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He began his career as an Investment Executive at Plateau Investments Company in 1977, before joining City Securities Limited in 1978. He joined Continental Merchant Bank in 1979, rising to Head of Corporate Finance until 1988. Subsequently, he worked with Capital Bancorp Ltd as Managing Director from 1988 to 2006. He joined Crusader (Nigeria) Plc as Vice Chairman and Group Chief Executive Office in 2007. He’s currently the Chairman of Capital Bancorp Plc and Non-Executive Director of FCMB.
He has over 40 years of varied exposure and experience in the financial services industry.
Engr. Wole Ogunsanya
The Directorate Secretary is the founder and CEO of Geoplex Drillteq Limited, the leading indigenous services Well Services Company to the Oil and Gas Upstream Industry in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Prince Odubunmi Solarin
The founder of Odubunmi Solarin & Co. is a renowned and leading Tax Consultant; and Chattered Accountant in Nigeria. He is a member of the governing Council of Olabisi Onabanjo University. Prince is the lead strategist for the RGDF.
Sesan Oluwasanya
Founder and Owner of Goshen Associates with interests in Tax and Accounting Consultancy, Commercial Properties and Dredging. Goshen Associates is a leading Consultant to the LIRS and FIRS.
Mrs. Bola Allison
A seasoned Banker, Risk Management Professional and consummate Public Sector Funds Management expert. She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vine Adivsory Partners Limited.
Mr. Kenneth Odusanya
He is the CEO of Eminent Consulting and the Managing Partner of Kenneth Odunsanya & Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants. Kenneth is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. And served as a pioneer Commissioner in Lagos State Audit Service Commission.
Gbenga Daniel-Adebayo
Tax Controller and Director, Human Capital Management & Development at the Federal Inland Revenue Service, (FIRS). He is a Graduate of the famous Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife.
Engr. Femi Odumabo
He was until retirement recently the Regional Vice President, Africa Business Development for Chevron Africa and Latin America Exploration and Production (CALAEP). Engineer Odumabo currently manages a suite of businesses, including consulting, spanning oil and gas, real estate, technology, security as a serve, and wealth management.
Fatai Abiodun Folarin
Fatai is the CEO of Deloitte Nigeria and the Regional Leader of Deloitte West Africa. In addition to his role as CEO, he is the Tax Leader of the West Africa practice and member of the Deloitte Global Advisory Committee.
As you can see, there has been deliberate effort to select well accomplished Remo Indigenes to lead the affairs of the Akarigbo Corporate Council. These eminate Remo Indigenes charged by the Remo Growth and Development Foundation as envisioned by the Akarigbo of Remoland, His Royal Majesty Babatunde Adewaale Ajayi, are well experienced and accomplished in various business endeavors.
